We specialise in hearty soups for the colder months, but once the Mercury rises to double figures (let alone anything close to starting with a ‘2’, heaven forbid), we tend to look for something lighter to eat.
Along with some of our other soups for Summer, our new Melon Gazpacho Soup of the Month is a deliciously refreshing recipe that can of course be eaten hot, but is rather decadent served chilled. Ideal as a summery starter, or fun when served in ice-cold shot glasses. So pour into your pre-cooled Thermos® flasks, pack it alongside your other picnic favourites, and head outside to enjoy a celebration of Summer.
