Our new Spring Vegetable & Pesto Soup of the Month is sure to put a ‘spring’ in your step!  Our chefs have created a smooth, seasonal soup, full of the joys of spring to help wipe away those winter blues.  This wonderfully fresh soup is brimming with vibrant green peas, comforting leeks and fresh spinach (and we’ve even snuck in a few early broad beans for good measure).  To bring them all together we’ve added our wonderful (nut free) green pesto.  Enjoy!
