If you like Kedgeree, then you’ll love our new Soup of the Month – Kedgeree Soup!  And if you’ve never eaten Kedgeree before, you must try this.

We’ve combined (un-dyed) flaked, Atlantic smoked haddock with long grain rice, onions and herbs and then flavoured it with delicate curry spices to create this delicious recipe.  We’re sure that it’s going to be a favourite with all you fish lovers out there… along with all the fishermen amongst you!  As Kedgeree is traditionally served with a chopped, hard boiled egg, why don’t you try adding your own!

Had this soup for lunch recently and it went down a treat; would have to take issue with your “provenance” though! I know there is a reference to an 18th century recipe from Scotland but this has to be based on the anglo-indian version using curry spices as it does?
Hope it sold well enough to become a permanent member of the range
