Has anyone tried our new soup of the month – Vegetable Balti - yet? If ever there was a need for a hearty dish then this soup is perfect! In fact it could constitute a whole meal as it contains everything from the rice to the spice to give it a real authentic taste. If meat is your thing, try cooking some lamb and using the soup to make a stew – its delicious, believe me- I’ve done it!
i just came onto the site for the first time to make a comment on this soup! I have just had it for the first time and of course it is no longer availabl! I hope it can be made one of the regulars as it is delicious!

Your so right, I can honestly say the vegetable balti is my favourite soup so far. When it was soup of the month in 2009 I was having to visit 2-3 supermarkets as it was always sold out! I’m surprised this one wasn’t made permanant as it proved so popular, having said that it may just have been me buying it all. I certainly hope this soup makes another appearance soon….
