Its vibrant colour and fresh ingredients make it the most perfect soup for springtime. We all know a British spring is no guarantee of nice weather, so we’re still offering that warming lift when the clouds come over - as they so often do!

Has anyone tried our new soup of the month – Vegetable Balti - yet? If ever there was a need for a hearty dish then this soup is perfect! In fact it could constitute a whole meal as it contains everything from the rice to the spice to give it a real authentic taste. If meat is your thing, try cooking some lamb and using the soup to make a stew – its delicious, believe me- I’ve done it!
